A great strategy could be to convince the customer that your product is best in one market area and match the market in another. For example, use two key variables mentioned in the previous step, the Challenges. You can aim to be the best in Price and match your competitors in Quality.

An example of a marketing tagline could be as follows: You have a medical monitor device. It works in all environments (Quality), and cost levels are affordable (Price) to everyone. That underscores a unique market possibility. A bonus might be that every device created can reach many customers, from large organisations to individual users.

In step two, we ask you to be ready to supply a compelling solution. Three topics guide you in crafting an exceptional response.

Topic one. How do you solve your customer’s needs? Start presenting the pain points they are experiencing and explain how your product or service addresses this problem. Highlight the distinctive features and advantages that differentiate your solution from current alternatives. What is the value of your idea?

Topic two. You should describe your test or prototype to outline any development work of your service or product idea.

Topic three: Explain your startup idea's social impact on the market. Highlight any possible long-term positive effects on the market or industry. That will help you attract investors and reach target customers prioritising social responsibility.
